Delivery & pick-up
We love the idea of offering you convenience and affordability which has inspired Ivory Noir to offer a complimentary product delivery service. If you live in Edmonton, St. Albert or Sherwood Park, simply place your order on our online store with your address and contact information and we will have it personally delivered to your door.
Additionally, we do offer a complimentary pick-up option from our location in downtown Edmonton (10544 102 Avenue). You can pick up your online order by selecting the "local pick-up" option when checking out your cart and wait for an email confirming the order is ready for pick up.

Currently, we offer our local delivery service to customers in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and St. Albert.

If you do not reside in Edmonton, Sherwood Park or St. Albert and are an Alberta resident we will temporarily be providing free shipping within Alberta.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been packed, you will receive a confirmation email and be contacted by our delivery service to notify you when your package will be delivered.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and contact information. Any order that must be resent due to incorrect information will be at the cost of the purchaser. If you have selected the 'local pick-up' option, our website automates a 3 day wait period. However, as soon as your order is ready for pick up you will also be contacted via email, which will likely be sooner than the 3 day estimate. |
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? |
The transit time varies depending on where the order is being delivered to. Once your order is ready the estimated delivery will be available through the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
PLEASE NOTE: These are all approximate delivery times. We deliver items during regular business days, and do not ship out on weekends or Statutory Holidays. It is our priority to get your products ready and shipped to you as soon as possible. We want to thank you for your patience, and happy shopping! |
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER? |
We do offer the option for you to pick-up your product from our downtown location (10544 102 Avenue). Once you place your order our team will be hard at work to package as soon as possible.
Once your order is ready for pick-up you will receive an email from shopivorynoirsalon@gmail.com to notify you. Afterwards you may stop at the salon (Ivory Noir Salon) at your earliest convenience to pick-up your order. Upon entering the salon, please inform the receptionist of your full name, and that you are picking up an online order. It will then promptly be retrieved for you. |

Shipping is offered to all customers residing in Canada.

SHIPPING & RATES |
Shipping is provided to Canadian residents for a flat rate of $15.00
Alberta residents will receive FREE SHIPPING. All orders over $150.00 Canadian (before tax) will qualify for FREE shipping by using code FREESHIP. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left out facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local customs office for more information. |

If you have selected a product that is currently out of stock or no longer available, you will receive an email to notify you. Although our team works hard to keep our product inventory up to date, we do not guarantee that all products will be readily available.

DAMAGED /
|
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that an item is damaged/missing, please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving of the product.
If a product is damaged, please attach a photo of the product in question in you email for quality assurance. If you order products that we do not have in stock, our warehouse team will notify you and refund you for that product immediately. |
CANCELLATIONS |
All order can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged and sent. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
